Raspberry Sundae!


We all get cravings for something sweet from time-to-time, but feel guilty after devouring an entire tub of Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup. So here's a tasty alternative to satisfy your tastebuds and it's quick to make too.


Ingredients: half a cup of coconut milk, 1tbsp of full fat Greek yoghurt (or non-diary alternative), 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, handful of frozen raspberries and a banana.


Put all the ingredients in a blender, give it a good blitz and hey presto you have a delicious, healthy alternative to ice-cream!!
