Pineapple & Mango smoothie bowl



It's the weekend!! Treat yourself to a Pineapple and Mango smoothie!! And if you're feeling naughty why not add a shot of coconut rum!


Serves 2

Ingredients:

Handful of frozen pineapple chunks,

Handful of frozen mango

1/2 cup of coconut milk

2 tbsp of full fat Greek yoghurt (or a non-diary alternative)

and for those trying increase your protein intake, add a scoop of vanilla whey protein.


Method:

Put everything into a blender and give it a good blitz.

Best served with friends over zoom!
