Hello!
Welcome to my website! Thanks for taking the time to visit. Let me introduce myself. My name is Andrea, I'm 32 years old and currently working full time as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist in Cambridgeshire. I've been in the fitness industry for over a decade and my passion for helping people transform their lives both physically and mentally is still as strong to this day. I believe that to become a successful personal trainer not only do you need to continue to learn and improve your knowledge within the industry, but you have to build a relationship with each client and support them through their journey, whether they are a complete newbie or an experienced gym goer.
Personal Training
One of the most important benefits of having a PT is that they provide you with the knowledge on how to train safely and effectively which ultimately, will give you maximum results. Having the knowledge on how to perform exercises correctly and ensuring you perform your workouts with correct technique and effort is of upmost importance, not only to enhance results, but to reduce the risks of you getting injured and developing any bad training habits.

What is Sports Massage?
Many people seem to think that sports massage is aimed towards at treating just athletes but sports massage can be extremely beneficial to regular gym goers and anyone who may be suffering from an injury or aches and pain in a specific area of the body. Sports massage uses a variety of techniques which are commonly used in deep tissue massage, but sports massage will focus mainly on a specific area which is suffering from pain or discomfort. This can help promote many physiological and psychological benefits which can positively impact your wellbeing and can encourage pain free movement. The techniques most commonly used in sports massage are effleurage, petrissage, friction and tapotement, all of which have a specific purpose in order to help treat soft tissue dysfunctions.
